Egypt’s capital, Cairo, is host the premier agricultural and environmental event of the year, the fourth edition of the “Nation’s Sustainability Week,” running under the theme “Green Gold Summit.” Scheduled to take place Today, April 30th at a hotel in the Maadi district, the event features official and active participation from the Ministry of Environment. The summit aims to serve as a strategic nexus to catalyze sustainable development paradigms within the agricultural sector.
Broad Participation and Strategic Partnerships

The summit is designed as a comprehensive agricultural platform, uniting a distinguished group of official, academic, and research entities under one roof. Prominent local institutional participants include:
- The Agricultural Research Center: Featuring extensive participation from all its affiliated institutes under the Ministry of Agriculture.
- Academic Institutions: The Faculty of Agriculture at Al-Azhar University and the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at Arish University.
- Labor and Syndicate Sectors: The Trade Union Committee for Workers at the Land Improvement Authority, Ministry of Agriculture.

Inauguration of the Egyptian Green Business Network (EGBN)
A pivotal milestone of the summit will be the official launch of the “Egyptian Green Business Network” (EGBN).
