UAE-Indonesia Presidents Hold Bilateral Meeting

The President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, met with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto in Abu Dhabi. This is reported by Emirates News Agency (WAM), a partner of TV BRICS.

Both leaders described their nations as close friends and strategic partners, committing to deepen collaboration under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. Talks focused on boosting cooperation in key sectors including economy, investment, development, and renewable energy.

Sheikh Mohamed welcomed President Prabowo’s visit, emphasising Indonesia’s importance as a strategic partner in Southeast Asia. In turn, President Prabowo underscored the UAE’s role as a key ally for Jakarta.
