Octoplay has announced a partnership with Danske Spil, Denmark’s state-owned gambling operator, in a move that expands the provider’s presence in the regulated Nordic gaming sector.
The deal will make Octoplay’s entire suite of content available to Danish players through Danske Spil’s platform, pending standard integration timelines.
Danske Spil, a long-established operator with significant market reach in Denmark, becomes the latest state-backed partner to integrate Octoplay’s gaming portfolio.
The announcement builds on Octoplay’s recent European activity, including content launches with Sweden’s Svenska Spel and the Netherlands’ Jacks.nl.
Octoplay also signed a supply agreement with JOI Gaming earlier this year to expand in the Dutch market and previously entered the UK market via Rank Group.
The company currently holds active licenses in 10 jurisdictions across Europe, including the UK, Sweden, Malta, Italy, Romania and Belgium.
Good to know: Octoplay has not disclosed the expected launch date for its titles on Danske Spil
The Danish integration adds to Octoplay’s broader 2025 commercial strategy, which includes averaging five new operator integrations per month and reaching over 80 operator agreements globally.
The company has pursued a dual-regional expansion model, combining European partnerships with a growing North American presence.
Octoplay recently secured provisional licenses in the US states of Michigan and New Jersey, marking its initial steps into the North American regulated market.
