Bolivian President Luis Arce has enacted the law validating the Agreement between Bolivia and Russia on the Mutual Recognition of Studies, Qualifications, and Academic Degrees, strengthening educational, scientific, and technological ties between the two countries.
According to the President, this legislation enhances academic and scientific cooperation, enabling educational achievements to be recognised in both nations, as reported by Bolivia TV, a partner of TV BRICS.
The agreement will ensure that university degrees, academic titles, and qualifications obtained at higher education institutions in Bolivia and Russia are fully valid in both countries.
This initiative is intended to promote the mobility of students, lecturers, and researchers, as well as the joint development of research projects and technological advancements, driving forward bilateral scientific collaboration.
