The two high-rise towers being built on the corner of Donnison St and Mann St, Gosford, must be close to being completed as an application to extend the liquor license for the site is now on public exhibition.
The Archibald complex is being built by Aland on the site of the former Union Hotel.
NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority has received a request to extend the boundaries of the license for the site.
The proposal is on public exhibition until December 20.
The application includes: proposed extended trading hours for a ground floor lobby area; the rest of the ground floor area which will be called Central Coast Hotel; the level five restaurant and pool areas; and level 28 conference, restaurant and bar areas.
Named after Archibald Acheson, the second Earl of Gosford, the development includes 327 residential apartments, a 130-room hotel and six hospitality venues, including the Central Coast’s highest rooftop bar.
Earlier this year the site held its topping out ceremony, attended by NSW Premier Chris Minns.
